Touchstone Limited acquires
assets of
e-Cocoon
Limited

(“Touchstone”) is pleased to announce that it has acquired certain
assets from e-Cocoon Limited (“Cocoon”), an Infor Channel Partner
based in Watford.
Cocoon’s business is primarily focused
on SunSystems and complementary solutions, including iPOS
Procurement. The acquisition will result in Cocoon’s SunSystems
customers and related staff being absorbed into the energised and
growing Touchstone operation. As Touchstone approaches its
30th birthday, at the end of March 2012, the acquisition
is an important step towards its further expansion in the
SunSystems and Procurement arena.
