How To: Report on C Markers in Vision (Q&A)
SunSystems uses 'C' markers to allocate transactions that
require correcting. Vision (Q&A) will, by default, ignore any
transactions that are allocated with a 'C' (Correction)
marker.
However, if you need to set Vision to report on these 'C' markers,
you will need to:
- Log into Vision Setup (Start --> Programs --> Vision
--> Vision Setup).
- On the User Security tab, locate the user that you wish to
amend this for, and note the profile that they are a member
of.
- From the 'Profiles' menu, select 'Edit' and choose the relevant
profile.
- Highlight the relevant SunSystems version in the products
window.
- Select the 'Options' tab on the lower half of the screen.
- Select the 'Report Corrections' option at the top of the
list.
It will be necessary to log out and back into Vision for this to
take effect.
